The work of Talent Street involves the receipt of valuable commercially sensitive information on behalf of clients that must remain strictly confidential. Talent Street signs confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements with all clients which prohibit the release of information about those clients. From time to time, with the prior agreement of the client, Talent Street may release the name of a client to which it provides services. In addition, from time to time, Talent Street, its directors, employees or associates may be required by force of law to reveal the nature of its engagement or information held by them to regulators or the courts.
